Paralegal/independent contractor

 

This position is for a paralegal/independent contractor experienced in Landlord and Tenant law.

• Must be motivated to approach potential clients in order to generate business.

• Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1year experience in representation before the Landlord and Tenant Board.

• Successful candidate will provide representation exclusively in the area of landlord and tenant law.

• Must be licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and carry Errors and Omissions Insurance and willing to provide proof of same.

• Law clerks or legal assistants need not apply.
